Offers crewing services based on the principles of MLC, STCW, SOLAS, Flag State, State legislation and Customer requirements.
Is committed to comply with the Quality Management System as per requirements of ISO 9001 and ILO MLC.
No Fee is borne directly or indirectly by the Seafarers for their Recruitment / Employment.
Recruitment is carried out without any discrimination or bias due to race, colour, sex, religion, or social origin.
Protects the Seafarers’ right of Privacy, their Personal data maintained in the office is kept strictly confidential so much as necessary for employment and respond to officials.
Conducts its service to reach the quality objectives established and reviewed on annual basis.
Customer's satisfaction, continual improvement the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and the good name of the crew manning office are the philosophy of each employee.
Keeps a documented system in compliance with ISO 9001 standard.
Takes appropriate corrective and risk mitigation actions for every deficiency identified.

All Company employees, involved in the implementation of the Company’s QMS, are responsible for the sufficient conformance with Company's Quality Policy.

Company's Top Management is responsible to monitor and review this Policy on a regular basis in order to ensure that it remains relevant and effective. As evidence of Management’s commitment on the implementation of the above that policy is to be posted at prominent positions at Company’s premises.

At ADventure we are committed to ensuring.

That our company policy on the use, possession or distribution of unlawful drugs and alcohol by any person on board a ship is strictly not permitted.
Any crew member using prescribed drugs must declare the details of the said drugs to the Master when joining the vessel.
No vessel shall carry any alcoholic beverages or spirits on board for any reason.
Alcoholic drinks can be consumed ashore or whilst traveling to or from the vessel or during shore leave subject to your maximum permitted alcohol limit not being greater than 0.05% blood alcohol level or 0.25 mg/l of alcohol in the breath in compliance with STCW Convention as you may need to assist and respond to emergencies.
Full compliance with the company alcohol policy prior to going on scheduled duty with the blood alcohol level of the individual being theoretical y equals zero.
Carrying out random drug and alcohol testing on any employee, ashore or at sea, whether the use of drugs or alcohol is suspected, or when an accident or hazardous occurrence/near miss has occurred.
